7 Partner Webinar Presentations & ROI

In Q1 2025, I ran SEVEN partner webinar presentations. We partnered with 7 partner organization to co-host webinars, which became the core engagement strategy to clearly exemplify our product and how it works with our clients. I owned the technical side of the campaign end-to-end — from building out 22 landing pages and 12 forms to managing 46 marketing emails and 12 automated workflows in HubSpot.

– We ended up generating over 370 webinar registrations, influenced 269 contacts, and converted 3 new customers, bringing in $13,000+ in revenue — all without any paid media. One of the highlights was our 85% form conversion rate, which showed that the content and targeting were really spot-on.

It was a great example of how you can drive real results through strategic partnerships, content automation, and lean, organic marketing.

Form multi-select and workflow connection

We’re promoting a multi-day webinar series through a dedicated landing page that I have created. To make registration seamless, I added a multi-select field to the form so attendees can choose from three available dates and times or select all sessions.

On the backend, I built a custom workflow with branches to each unique webinar ID to process the registration selection. I also included a “catch-all” branch for anyone who signs up for all three sessions—ensuring every registrant gets the right confirmation and access details without a hitch.

This catch-all landing page performed very well and users seemed to like the ease of being able to register on ONE page versus 3 individual pages — we incurred a 85% conversion rate, compared to our usual 50-60%.

Landing Page Optimization & Submission Rate Increase

I saw that our landing pages were getting solid traffic, but conversions were underperforming. I took the lead on redesigning them—streamlining forms, cleaning up CTAs, and making sure everything was mobile-friendly and following best practices. We didn’t touch ad spend, just improved the experience.

That alone lifted our page view to submission rate from 14.3% to 18.4% over the year, with some months hitting peak performance. It made a real difference in lead generation and overall user flow.

Quarterly Reporting Decks ~ Review, Analyze, Pivot

I believe great marketing starts with great insights. I use data to uncover what’s working, what’s not, and where to optimize. Whether it’s aligning metrics with business goals or presenting clear, actionable reports, I turn numbers into strategic direction.

I am familiar with creating and presenting quarterly business reports to clients, outlining performance against goals and identifying key opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Social Media Content Creation & Management

I create content that tells a story and builds connection. Using tools like Canva, I design custom, on-brand visuals paired with compelling copy that brings client messaging to life—whether it’s promoting a new product, blog post, event, or company update.

I build and manage social media content calendars that keep posting consistent, timely, and aligned with overall marketing goals. The result? A warm, engaging online presence that strengthens brand identity and keeps audiences coming back for more.

Process Documentation & Onboarding Support

Created clear, easy-to-follow documentation outlining key marketing and sales processes to support team alignment and new employee onboarding. These resources help streamline training, reduce ramp-up time, and ensure consistency across tools and workflows—empowering team members to work efficiently from day one.
