If there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s that when technology meets intentional strategy—and it’s all driven by heart—magic happens. And that is my favorite part 😍

Hi, I’m Karoline…

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and cutting-edge tech, helping brands not just keep up with the digital world, but thrive in it. My mission? To help people and businesses work smarter—not harder—through thoughtful systems, automation, and a dose of soul.

A Love Affair with Technology (That Started Early)

I’ve always been a techie at heart. My journey into this field started back in 2010 when my mom needed help marketing her knitting and needlepoint store in Fort Myers, FL. Naturally, I jumped in—and that’s where everything clicked.

It began with organizing customer emails and setting her up on Constant Contact so she could stay in touch with her clients. From there, I built her first website on WordPress (which I still love and use today—though wow, it’s come a long way since then!). I also started managing her social media accounts, promoting classes, events, new products, and business updates. I loved every part of it—especially how technology could amplify her reach and bring more people into her creative world.

That experience sparked something in me. I saw how powerful tech could be when used with intention. That’s why I believe in technology that serves people—tools and systems that save time, reduce stress, and open up space for creativity, connection, and real growth.

Changing My Major as a Junior Was Scary—But It Changed Everything

Growing up in Florida, the hospitality industry felt like the obvious path. It’s huge down here—resorts, restaurants, events—it’s all around you. So, like many others, I followed that path, thinking I’d end up working at a beautiful resort somewhere. It made sense… until it didn’t.

One day during a study session at my place, I glanced over at what my friend Suzie was working on. She was deep into her coursework for the Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) major—a mix of tech and marketing—and I was instantly intrigued. It just clicked for me. That same semester, even though I was knee-deep in hospitality courses as a junior, I took a huge leap and switched my major.

And honestly? Best. Decision. Ever.

I started off doing web development, which was a great entry point, but I quickly realized I was more drawn to strategy and implementation than hardcore coding (though I’ll always have mad respect for devs!). That pivot led me into the world of digital marketing and marketing technology—where I found my sweet spot: blending creativity, systems, and smart strategy to help brands grow.

Sometimes the scariest decisions are the ones that set you on the path you were meant for.

Strategy Is My Superpower

Technology is only as good as the strategy behind it. I help brands clarify their goals and then build the systems to support them—from streamlining internal workflows to crafting customer journeys that feel both personal and powerful. Whether it’s mapping out marketing automations, optimizing funnels, or launching digital products, I bring both a big-picture mindset and an eye for the small but critical details.

For the past 6 years, I’ve worked at top HubSpot Partner Agencies as the main point of contact for clients. My role was to develop and implement marketing infrastructure inside HubSpot that actually worked—for their business, their team, and their audience. Behind the scenes, I collaborated with subject matter experts to improve every area of digital marketing: email, SEO, websites, automation, and sales enablement tools.

One of those agencies happened to be the #2 HubSpot partner in the country. There, I sharpened my skills in campaign planning, cross-functional teamwork, data analysis, and client communications. I got to work with industries ranging from online education to solar energy, automotive tech, healthcare, and finance—bringing a fresh perspective and strategic lens to every project.

From kick-off to execution to reporting, I thrive in building systems that scale and strategies that convert.

Heart-Led & Human-Centered

It’s easy to get wrapped up in KPIs and metrics—but behind every email, every click, and every conversion is a real human being. Even with the rise of tools like ChatGPT (which I do find incredibly helpful), I know it’s not always 100% accurate. There still needs to be a human behind the strategy—someone who brings empathy, nuance, and critical thinking to the table.

I’m all about adapting to new tech and using it to stay ahead of the curve, but I never lose sight of the human side of marketing.

Everything I build is rooted in intention, connection, and empathy. I love working with teams who care about their impact and want to bring their vision to life in a way that feels aligned, strategic, and real.
